History & Background

Zesty Lime launched in July 2025 alongside Minty Jamun and Mirchi Mango as the most approachable of Diageo India's three India-first Smirnoff flavours — pitched in the brand's own messaging as "a go-to for group occasions and cocktail starters" rather than the more adventurous flavour combinations of its two launch siblings. It rolled out initially in Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Maharashtra.
