The Select Casks expression is aged in hand-selected American and European oak casks chosen for their flavour contribution. Rampur has quickly built a reputation as one of India's finest distilleries with a style distinct from both Goa and Bangalore expressions.

This cooler maturation produces a gentler, more elegant style compared to the bolder tropical expressions from Paul John or the more intense character of Amrut Fusion. Rampur has a royal heritage — the distillery was established by the Nawab of Rampur in 1943 — and this sense of refinement carries through into the whisky. At Rs 4000 in Delhi it offers a distinctly regal Indian single malt experience.
