1. Classic Mojito with Bacardi White

Ingredients: 60ml Bacardi Superior, 30ml fresh lime juice, 15ml sugar syrup, 10 mint leaves, soda water, ice

Method: Muddle mint gently in a tall glass. Add lime juice, sugar syrup, and rum. Fill with ice and top with soda water. Stir gently. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel.
